Shipping and Online Orders
Ordering PsoEasy online
Click on the product buttons at the top left of each page for our online shopping. We usually post items within a day of receiving the order. (Order over $50.00 will have enjoy free shipping)
Australia: We post orders anywhere in Australia using Australia Post which can take between 3-5 days. (Order over $50.00 will have free shipping) .
New Zealand: We send PsoEasy across the ditch by Australia Post Airmail.
Other Countries: Please visit our main website Psoeasy.com.au. To most countries we dispatch orders within 24 hours by Express Airmail via airmail and it arrives with 5-10 days.
Payment can be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visa), Paypal, Eway or direct deposit using internet banking.

All orders are tracked and may require signature on arrival. If a signature is required and you are not available to sign for your parcel, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be awaiting pickup from your local post office the following working day.
PsoEasy ANZ has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply email us explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange. This should be done within 30 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. For all orders the return postage will be at the customers cost. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.
